Maffitt Ridge is located just south of Iowa Highway 5, a four-lane thoroughfare that sweeps around the south side of the entire Des Moines metro area and gives easy access to Interstate 35 and Interstate 80.
To reach Maffitt Ridge, simply take Highway 5 to the 35th Street exit in West Des Moines, travel south one block to Maffitt Lake Road, then west one mile and the entrance to the development will be on your right once you cross over Interstate 35.
